Building Entrepreneur-Centric Community- GEC2019

The 2019 Global Entrepreneurship Congress, which takes place this April 15-18 in Manama, Bahrain, unifies a broad collection of voices from the thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and other startup champions who attend the event.  

Mr. Asif Iqbal who is the Director and Lead Organizer of Startup Huddle Dhaka was invited a session entitled “Building Entrepreneur-Centric Community”. On that Session, he discussed how DIU and GEN-activities help sand support entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. He also discussed various events on Entrepreneurship Development in Bangladesh and what are the positive impacts from them. Mr. Iqbal is also working as the Lecturer of the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University.

Kim Lane who is the CEO of Conductor (USA) moderated the panel and the other panelists were Cristobal Duran (President of Becarius), Michelle N. Samuel (Saint Lucia | Founder and President – Sludtera), Alesimo Mwanga ( South Africa | Research Director – GEN South Africa, SEA Africa).
